Fees

We don’t agree with hidden or excessive charges and so in order to be completely transparent all of our fees are listed below:

Before you Move-In:

1) Application fee of $50 Per Adult Tenant

This starts the processing of the application, referencing, financial credit checks and arranging the rental agreement. It is a non-refundable fee.

2) Security Deposit

This secures the property and holds it until the agreed move-in date subject to landlord approval. It is a non-refundable fee and will not be refunded (once lease is signed) in the event that a tenant fails references or pulls out. 

3) First Months Rent

The first month’s rent is required in certified funds on or before the start date for the tenancy. If tenant moves in after the 1st of the month, the 2nd month's rent will be prorated to reflect that.
